I'm Rossana Isola, a senior business analyst and PMP-certified project manager in Lausanne. Seven years across international publishing and higher education: CRM governance, product ownership, process design and data. I come from experimental physics, so I like evidence, and I listen well, which makes it easier to bring business and technical teams to the same table. Outside the office, I teach yoga and movement.
