I turn vague needs into requirements that developers, users and managers all read the same way. And I do more than collect them: I help teams think through strategy, formalise what is at stake, prioritise the initiatives worth doing and secure decisions where many stakeholders are involved.

A CRM only pays off when its rules, data and roles are shared. I help organisations set up, document and govern Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce across several teams.
